How do I get a Promotion Code?

Promotion codes are given to everyone who buyes an activation code. It can be passed on to
friends and family (or anyone else) and will entitle that person to receive a 20% discount
on the cost of their own activation code.
Whenever a promotion code is used, the person whose code it is will also receive a payment
equivalent to 10% of the full activation code price. This will be paid into the promoter's
PayPal account.
There is no limit to the number of times a promotion code can be used. |
My friend has used my Promotion Code but I don't have a PayPal account. How do I get my money?

Unfortunately these payments can only be made through the PayPal system. If you do not have
an account with them you will still receive an email from PayPal informing you that a payment
has been made to you and that it is being kept in a dormant account in your name. You will then
have 30 days to activate this account and claim your money. |
Why do I get a message "Activation code is out of date" when I try to activate the
SudokuGuru program?

The activation code will only work if it is used within 2-3 days of when it is issued.
If, for any reason, it takes longer than this for you to use it then you will get
the "out of date" message and the code will not work. Another code can obtained
by entering your eMail address here. |
Why do I get a message "Activation code does not match eMail address" when I try
to activate the SudokuGuru program?

Please check that you are using the correct eMail address. If you paid by
PayPal then you need to use the address used by your PayPal account. If you
paid by credit/debit card then you need to use the address you entered along with
your card details. |
I have already entered my activation code and, although it worked at first, it doesn't
seem to be working any more!

An activated version of the SudokuGuru program will reset itself to the demo version
if some of the hardware or software settings of your computer are changed.
